Grafton Beach Resort opened in October 1989 with its main markets being the Scandinavian countries, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada, the Caribbean including Trinidad & Tobago.
Since its opening, the resort has won a number of awards as a result of the high quality of services by our trained staff, as well as the genuine hospitality of the staff. Among those awards won was the prestigious Thomson’s Holidays Award for the Best Hotel Worldwide in 1990. In 1992, our then Executive Chef, Mr. Cyril Sammy was recognized as the Caribbean Chef of the Year. The City of New Orleans also honored him as an International Honorary Citizen in 1993 for his contribution to the Culinary Arts.
Part of the success of Grafton is also due to the unspoiled nature of the island. Tobago boasts of rustic fishing villages and tropical rain forests, lush flora and fauna, as well as the world famous Buccoo Reef, an underwater wonder of tropical fish and corals.
Grafton Beach Resort is very active in the local community, taking part in the Annual Goat Races at Easter in the village of Buccoo and we support numerous charitable institutions.
Neptune’s Seafood And Grill
At Neptune’s Seafood And Grill you can find a selection of seafood, all freshly caught off the coast of Tobago and Trinidad. Attention to details means that you are assured of a presentation as pleasing to the eye as to the palate. Ocean View Restaurant
This open-air restaurant with panoramic view over Stonehaven Bay will delight you with its blend of natural beauty and fine selection of classical and international dishes in addition to a wide selection of West Indian and local specialties.
Buccaneer's Beach Bar & Grill
Located on Stonehaven Bay, this delightful bar serves a variety of special island drinks. Light snacks and sandwiches available. Visit us for our Friday night Beach Bar-B-Q and our Sunday Brunch.
Bougainvillea Lobby Bar
Located in the main lobby, guest can either relax at the bar or in the lounge area while enjoying our island drinks.

FINANCIAL PROTECTION FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND: All of our weddings abroad, honeymoons and holidays are fully protected through ABTA (our ABTA Number is L4464), whilst all of the Air-Inclusive packages that we sell are covered by ATOL (our ATOL Number is 5534), the government backed financial protection scheme. This gives you the piece of mind that you are booking with a reputable travel company and that your money is safe.
DEPOSITS: Your Wedding Deposit is 30% of our Perfect Weddings Abroad package, or £200 (whichever is greater). This is taken at the time of booking. In addition to this we will take a deposit for your travel arrangements, this will be confirmed to you at the time of booking.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR PERFECT WEDDING ABROAD: Please call us on 0844 770 8270 to speak to your Tobago Wedding Coordinator. They will discuss with you the various options and to book your chosen wedding package, as shown above. You then fill in one of our wedding request forms and we will request your preferred wedding date and time. Once we have this confirmed from resort we will go ahead and make your travel arrangements. At the time of booking we will take your deposit, then your holiday and wedding (package and wedding extras) balance is due 12 weeks before your departure from the UK. Any wedding reception charges or fees to registrars and venues are payable in-resort in local currency. You will receive a wedding pack detailing what you have booked and how the process works in the lead up to your wedding.
