Weddings can take place in numerous locations across the resort of Cape Town. Civil Weddings can be organised on the beach and in hotels in many areas. If you'd like to discuss the various wedding location options please speak to our Cape Town Wedding Coordinator on 0844 770 8270.

In-Resort Fees: Non-applicable. Just bear in mind the legal documents you are required to take with you, including three identical passport photographs and you may have your fingerprints taken at your pre-wedding meeting.

YOUR WEDDING EXTRAS: In addition to your wedding package you can add-on as many wedding extras as you'd like. For example, additional photography, flowers, wedding cake, DVD's wedding cars and much more! All can be pre-paid in pounds sterling before you depart the UK so you don't need to worry about currency fluctuations. If however in resort you would like to add-on any last minute extras, you can do so with our in-resort wedding coordinator. FINANCIAL PROTECTION FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND: All of our weddings abroad, honeymoons and holidays are fully protected through ABTA (our ABTA Number is L4464), whilst all of the Air-Inclusive packages that we sell are covered by ATOL (our ATOL Number is 5534), the government backed financial protection scheme. This gives you the piece of mind that you are booking with a reputable travel company and that your money is safe.

DEPOSITS: Your Wedding Deposit is 30% of our Perfect Weddings Abroad package, or £200 (whichever is greater). This is taken at the time of booking. In addition to this we will take a deposit for your travel arrangements, this will be confirmed to you at the time of booking.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR PERFECT WEDDING ABROAD: Please call us on 0844 770 8270 to speak to your Cape Town Wedding Coordinator. They will discuss with you the various options and to book your chosen wedding package, as shown above. You then fill in one of our wedding request forms and we will request your preferred wedding date and time. Once we have this confirmed from resort we will go ahead and make your travel arrangements. At the time of booking we will take your deposit, then your holiday and wedding (package and wedding extras) balance is due 12 weeks before your departure from the UK. Any wedding reception charges or fees to registrars and venues are payable in-resort in local currency. You will receive a wedding pack detailing what you have booked and how the process works in the lead up to your wedding.

ARRANGING YOUR OWN TRAVEL?: If you'd like to make your own travel arrangements we can offer you our 'Wedding Only' option. In South Africa we charge a £200 Wedding Only Fee in addition to our wedding package price shown above.
