Perfect Wedding of the Year Winners!

Earlier this year we ran a competition to find out our 'Perfect Wedding of the Year' and many of our lovely couples entered sharing beautiful photos of their special day. 

The lucky winners were Ciara and Ian who got married on 14th May 2016 in Cyprus! They received a free holiday to celebrate their wedding anniversary back in Cyprus at the fantastic Elias Beach Hotel in Limassol.

Having recently returned, we asked Ciara and Ian to share their special holiday with us... 

Our stay at the Elias Beach Hotel by Mr & Mrs Kirk

On arrival at the Elias Beach Hotel the staff were very helpful and friendly... The reception area alone was absolutely stunning with beautiful chandeliers and marble floors. 
We then went up to our room where we had a large corner room which was very spacious, the fridge was fully stocked with sandwiches, fruit and plenty of liquids - all free of charge!!

On our 1st day the weather was 29 Degrees, we thought that was amazing for October, we couldn’t believe it. The food at the hotel was exceptional and had a wide variety of choice, it really did live up to being all inclusive! The cocktails, well the Bahama Papa was my favourite but there was a wide range of cocktails to pick from... Mr Kirk enjoyed the Keo beer.

There were also 3 weddings whilst we were there and we were able to watch one of the ceremonies taking place on the pier. It was just beautiful it brought back special memories of our own wedding day, and at the last wedding they played our wedding song Christina Perri - Thousand Years which then made me feel emotional and brought a tear to my eye. It was just an amazing memory to finish off with on our last day in Limassol.

We loved every minute of our 2nd Honeymoon and we are so very grateful that we were the lucky winners of the competition as we didn’t think we would be back in Cyprus anytime soon!!
