Our Sweet & Simple Wedding Packages are for couples who are looking for a simple 'no fuss' wedding ceremony. Each package includes a UK-based Specialist, advice from our Wedding Concierge Team and your own In-Resort Wedding Coordinator.
All packages include:
PRE-BOOKING SERVICE (BEFORE YOU CONFIRM YOUR WEDDING DATE)
- Expert advice and support from a Weddings Abroad Specialist here in the UK by telephone and/or email
- Venue Finding Service with up to 5 Wedding Proposals for you to choose from
- Confirmation of the date of your wedding (and where possible - the time)
- Confirmation of your Wedding Ceremony Venue (and Reception Venue - if required)
PRE-DEPARTURE SERVICE (OUTSIDE OF 3 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DATE)
- Creation of your own Unique Online Wedding Profile
- Detailed Wedding Confirmation Pack outlining the legal process and important information related to getting married abroad
- Wedding Legal Documentation Checklist
- Concierge Team to help with (pre-departure) queries and advice by Telephone - via our Freephone Bride's and Groom's Line

*The Couple must stay for a minimum 7 nights in order to receive these special benefits. - 10+ Nights: Bridal Hair & Make up, Groom’s manicure, Complimentary Pre or Post Wedding Couple massage (Relaxing couple massage 50 minutes), $250 USD credit towards any of our Inspirations Wedding Collection Packages at Hard Rock Hotels.
*The Couple must stay for a minimum of 10 nights in order to get these special benefits. - 13+ Nights: Bridal Hair & Make up, Groom’s manicure, Complimentary Pre or Post Wedding Couple massage (Relaxing couple massage 50 minutes)*, $250 USD credit towards any of our Inspirations Wedding Collection Packages at Hard Rock Hotels, Complimentary Honeymoon Stay. (The couple will receive a room certificate for 7 nights to return to the Hotel within the next 12 Months. Note: a minimum of 20 rooms (7 nights minimum stay) is required to get this certificate. A surcharge of $10USD per person, per night will apply for complimentary stays for taxes and gratuities. Complimentary stay is awarded based on room category booked).
*The Couple must stay for a minimum of 13 nights in order to get these special benefits.
ROOM UPGRADES
- Groups of 1-12 rooms - Bride & Groom will receive a room upgrade to Rock Royalty level
- Groups of 13-25 rooms - Bride & Groom will receive a room upgrade to One Bedroom Presidential Suite Level (Hard Rock Riviera Maya or Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana)
- Groups of 25 rooms or more - Bride & Groom receive 2 nights stay (before the wedding and on the wedding night) in the Rock Star Suite (or Villa at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana)
PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
- Pre-Celebration Dinner: Private Function for four hours (cocktail reception, dinner or both). Parties of 12 people or under will be allocated in a private area in one of the restaurants
- Wedding Reception: Private Function for four hours (cocktail reception, dinner or both). Parties of 12 people or under will be allocated in a private area in one of the restaurants.
- Champagne Toast
- For Groups of 25 Rooms or more: the Bride & Groom are able to use the Rock star suite terrace to host the Pre-Celebration Dinner or the Wedding Reception (maximum of 50 people)
COMPLIMENTARY HONEYMOON
- The couple will receive a room certificate for 7 nights to return to the hotel within the next 12 months.
*A minimum of 20 rooms is required to receive this certificate. A surcharge of $10USD per person, per night will apply for complimentary stays for taxes and gratuities. Complimentary stay is based on room category booked.

Civil Ceremonies are performed in Spanish. A translator can be hired at an additional fee of $200
If more than 32 guests the following costs will apply (based on the Complimentary Collection Package):
Cake: Additional tier would be $100
Complimentary Collection set up: Additional Chairs $6 per chair
Extra sparkling wine bottles for additional guests ($26 per bottle approx) Serves approx 5 guests per bottle.
