Our Sweet & Simple Packages are for couples who are looking for a simple wedding ceremony.
Confetti Package - From £4,199
- In-resort wedding coordinator to assist with all of the final arrangements
- Pre-wedding meeting with your in-resort wedding coordinator shortly after your arrival
- Assistance at the town hall by your in-resort wedding coordinator to arrange the marriage licence
- Attendance of your in-resort wedding coordinator at your wedding ceremony on your wedding day
- Civil wedding ceremony on the Castle's Rivellino (outdoor terrace) with chairs for up to 70 people
- Full administration, handling and documentation assistance in Italy
- Collection of documents, from Consulate and liaison with town hall,
- Current Town hall fees* (*subject to increase - we will advise you as soon as possible of any changes)
- Wedding license and marriage certificate
- Interpreter (as ceremony is conducted in Italian
- Small round rose bouquet for the bride
- Rose buttonhole for the groom
Please note that the Wedding Terrace will be closed to the general public for one hour during your wedding ceremony.

*Our Sweet & Simple Packages are for the wedding ceremony only and exclude any reception arrangements. If you would like assistance organising your reception this will be at an extra fee and can be arranged post booking with our concierge team.
Weddings in 2024 and beyond:
We are taking wedding bookings for 2024 and 2025. Our wedding package prices are confirmed up to the end of 2024, however if your wedding is in 2025 please note that prices are subject to an increase of up to 10%. For 2026 weddings please allow up to an increase of 15% (This is the maximum increase you can expect for you wedding package)
Celebration Packages for 20 people are available - perfect for couples planning their complete wedding event.
Our Standard Celebration Packages have everything you need for your wedding ceremony and reception plus all the added extras! Contact from the Italian side was excellent, with good support through all the legal paperwork. Wedding coordinator in Malcesine - Isabella - was fantastic. Great support in the few days before the wedding sorting out last minute details and making excellent suggestions. Also ensured everything on the day ran smoothly.
The wedding day it’s self was perfect! Everything we had hoped for…. a stunning location at Malcesine Castle on Lake Garda and a marvellous wedding breakfast at Hotel Europa at the side of the lake. It really was a fairy tale wedding! Isabella our wedding planner at the venue was marvellous from the moment we met her at the pre-wedding meeting a few days before until the end of the reception on the night and followed it up the next day with a message the next morning to see that we and all the guests had got back to our accommodation safely, an absolutely wonderful service from her and all the staff involved especially Gabby who was delightful. From our first contact with Perfect Weddings we have received a brilliant service from all the staff involved with the planning particularly Alessandro in Italy who always came up with solutions to any requests we made. All the girls in the office were attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had particularly in the early days of the planning.
