Sweet & Simple Wedding Packages

Our Sweet & Simple Wedding Packages are for couples who are looking for a simple 'no fuss' wedding ceremony. Each package includes a UK-based Specialist, advice from our Wedding Concierge Team and your own In-Resort Wedding Coordinator.

All packages include:

PRE-BOOKING SERVICE (BEFORE YOU CONFIRM YOUR WEDDING DATE)

• Expert advice and support from a Weddings Abroad Specialist here in the UK by telephone and/or email 
• Venue Finding Service with up to 5 Wedding Proposals for you to choose from
• Confirmation of the date of your wedding (and where possible - the time)
• Confirmation of your Wedding Ceremony Venue (and Reception Venue - if required)

PRE-DEPARTURE SERVICE (OUTSIDE OF 3 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DATE)

• Creation of your own Unique Online Wedding Profile
• Detailed Wedding Confirmation Pack outlining the legal process and important information related to getting married abroad
• Wedding Legal Documentation Checklist
• Concierge Team to help with (pre-departure) queries and advice by Telephone - via our Freephone Bride's and Groom's Line
• Your own Wedding Web Page to share with family and friends online

PRE-DEPARTURE SERVICE (IN THE FINAL 3 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DATE)

• Finalising of your Wedding Arrangements via your Wedding Profile with your In-Resort Wedding Coordinator
• Pre-departure booking of wedding extras via your online Wedding Profile
• Checking of legal documentation here in the UK before you travel

IN-RESORT SERVICE

• Services of a wedding coordinator
• Wedding ceremony location: Beach or Gazebo
• Minister to perform symbolic ceremony
• Chocolate colored ceremony structure with ivory spun fabric and silk floral appliqué
• Chocolate colored ceremony podium with two silk floral spheres as table décor
• Silver branches for front of chocolate colored structure
• 30 white avant-garde chairs
• Audio system available for the ceremony*
• Sparkling wine during the ceremony**
• One semi-private dinner reservation for up to 30 guests with standard restaurant décor. Please contact your Wedding Planner for more information.
• Breakfast in bed the morning after the ceremony for bride and groom
• Honeymoon Wishes Wedding Website and Bridal Registry
• Complimentary Honeymoon Package

*An additional fee applies to all civil ceremonies for the services of the Justice of the Peace and for document filing. Ceremony pricing includes up to 30 guests. Additional guests may be accommodated and varies by property and availability. The Complimentary Collection will not apply if requested on-site. Additional fee will apply if Complimentary Collection is requested within 15 days of arrival.

*Couple must provide song selections and auxiliary cable for audio system.

**Up to 4 bottles of sparkling wine will be provided. Prices and packages are subject to change at anytime and without notice. Other terms and conditions may apply.

* For a free wedding package a minimum of 14 nights room nights must be booked - either bride & groom for 14 nights or 2 x rooms for 07 nights *

$500 deposit is payable once the date is booked directly to Moon Palace and will be deduced from any extras booked in resort.

Local fees payable in resort:

- Judge & Documentation Services - $750 including blood tests

- Minister Fees (Symbolic Ceremony) - $500
