What could be more romantic than saying "I Do" on a luxury liner out in the middle of the ocean? From the moment you step on board until you disembark as husband and wife, the whole experience will be a celebration. P & O Cruises will make every moment special for you, attending to every detail so that your day is one of laughter, music and champagne.
Your ceremony is held in a private and intimate venue on board and the Ship's Captain will conduct the ceremony and then proudly pronounce you Husband and Wife before the ship's photographer whisks you away for photos on deck. Afterwards there is a choice of reception options from intimate dining for two to private venues for a small wedding party.

Our Wedding Packages
Our Wedding Packages
The P&O Cruises Weddings at Sea package includes the following:
- Pre-cruise wedding planner
- On-board wedding planner
- An elegant, private ceremony venue
- The captain to conduct your ceremony*
- Priority check in when embarking in Southampton for the wedding couple
- One- or two-tier wedding cake
- Couple’s breakfast in bed the following morning
- Pre-recorded ceremony music
- Champagne for toasting
- Complimentary bridal hair and make-up
- Bridal bouquet and groom’s buttonhole
- Dinner for the couple at a speciality restaurant
- A commemorative certificate signed by the captain
- Complimentary pressing of the couple’s attire
Total: £2,300 (for up to 10 guests**)
*In the unlikely event that the captain is unavailable to conduct your ceremony, their deputy will step in.
**Legal fees for the ceremony are an extra £650. If you’d like to invite more guests than the 10 included in your package, there is a £100 charge for every multiple of 10 guests.
Weddings at Sea are available on Azura, Ventura, Aurora and Arcadia. Our Commitment Ceremonies packages are available on all of our ships and include everything a wedding package does, without the legal bits.
* If the Captain is unable to conduct the ceremony, his Deputy Captain will be asked to perform the role on their behalf.
** The additional luggage allowance is only available on selected charter flights, and must be in the form of an additional item of luggage as the maximum weight for each piece of luggage is 23 kg. This additional allowance will not show on your E-Ticket.
*** We may not be able to offer the pressing service on garments of a particularly delicate and/or intricate nature.
