UK Wedding Planning Services:

• Expert advice and support from our Wedding Dream Team here in the UK 
• Confirmation of the date and time of your wedding.
• Full selection of planning brochures and decor options provided to help you design your perfect wedding*
• Detailed Wedding Confirmation Pack outlining the legal process and important information related to getting married abroad. 
• Complimentary checking of your legal documentation before you travel.

A Professional Portugal Wedding Coordinator:

• Contact with your personal wedding coordinator who will assist with all of the finer details.
• A pre­-wedding meeting with your wedding coordinator at Pousada de Tavira shortly after your arrival
• Personal assistance at the town hall to arrange the marriage license.
• Attendance of your personal wedding coordinator on your wedding day

Pousada de Tavira Services Included:

• Wooden backdrop with flower arrangement, ceremony table, standart uncovered chairs and white aisle runner for the ceremony at Conventual room
• Reception with exclusivity at the Cloisters (standard chairs and tables with white tablecloth)
• Reception set menu includes 3-course meal (at couple´s choice)
• Open bar for 2 hours
