IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*Jamaica has a residency requirement of 48 hours. (2 business days – not including arrival day, weekends or holidays).
*Additional marriage license fee of $250. Please enquire with your Wedding Specialist to get the latest legal fees at the time of booking your wedding.
*There is a $250 surcharge for all weddings held on Fridays and Saturdays.
*Twilight Weddings at 5pm are at an additional charge of $600
*Wedding guests passes are applicable to only 20% of guests if not staying at a Sandals Hotel.

Like many 2022 was not my original wedding date, but we got there, with the help of both Perfect Weddings abroad and Lindsey Stonier based in Lanzarote. Throughout the process, both were amazing. Always on hand to answer any questions and give you that reassurance that you needed. Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful and for someone that likes to have full control even more so. I was not an exception to this. However having a wedding abroad, a lot of that control is taken away from you, and you have to have the trust in your wedding company and wedding planner.
I was not disappointed. Lindsey and her team did an amazing job. We communicated prior to arriving in resort, going through my plans and vision. I sent pictures and ideas and they made all the additional arrangements, keeping us fully updated throughout. When at the resort we had meetings with all the relevant parties, all of which were English, so no communication issues or barriers. Everyone involved, the celebrant, hair, make-up and photography were all amazing. Friendly, reliable and ensuring our day was exactly how we wanted. Everything fell into place perfectly. I was aware how busy everyone was, however not once was I made to feel that my wedding wasn’t as important as the next.
Our venue was stunning, breath taking and all our guest was completely wow’d by its beauty. A really unusual and unique place. The pictures do not do it justice. If you are looking for something different I would 100% recommend Jameos del agua, Lanzarote. Every one of our guest enjoyed every single part of the day, which was only heightened with the beauty and uniqueness of the venue and service from start to finish.
For anyone worried about getting married abroad and maybe not having that 100% control. DON’T! As a control freak myself this was the best decision I ever made. Having the trust in the wedding team, really allowed me to enjoy my day and relax and I was not disappointed. I cannot thank PWA and especially Lindsey and her team enough. They truly are amazing and gave me, my husband and all our guest, a truly magical and memorable wedding, no-one will forget!
