Sweet & Simple Wedding Packages

Our Sweet & Simple Wedding Packages are for couples who are looking for a simple 'no fuss' wedding ceremony. Each package includes a UK-based Specialist, advice from our Wedding Concierge Team and your own In-Resort Wedding Coordinator.

All packages include:

PRE-BOOKING SERVICE (BEFORE YOU CONFIRM YOUR WEDDING DATE)

• Expert advice and support from a Weddings Abroad Specialist here in the UK by telephone and/or email 
• Venue Finding Service with up to 5 Wedding Proposals for you to choose from
• Confirmation of the date of your wedding (and where possible - the time)
• Confirmation of your Wedding Ceremony Venue (and Reception Venue - if required)

PRE-DEPARTURE SERVICE (OUTSIDE OF 3 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DATE)

• Creation of your own Unique Online Wedding Profile
• Detailed Wedding Confirmation Pack outlining the legal process and important information related to getting married abroad
• Wedding Legal Documentation Checklist
• Concierge Team to help with (pre-departure) queries and advice by Telephone - via our Freephone Bride's and Groom's Line
• Your own Wedding Web Page to share with family and friends online

PRE-DEPARTURE SERVICE (IN THE FINAL 3 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DATE)

• Finalising of your Wedding Arrangements via your Wedding Profile with your In-Resort Wedding Coordinator
• Pre-departure booking of wedding extras via your online Wedding Profile
• Checking of legal documentation here in the UK before you travel

• Symbolic ceremony*
• Wedding organisation and personal touch of on-site wedding coordinator
• Preparation and ironing of couple’s wedding day attire
• Complimentary room for the groom the night before the wedding (based on availability and upon request)
• Bride’s bouquet and groom’s boutonniere
• Wedding cake and sparkling wine toast (for up to 10 guests)
• Special turndown service the night of the wedding
• 15% discount on all spa treatments (boutique purchases not included)
• Newlywed Package: welcome letter, fresh fruit, bottle of sparkling wine, breakfast in bed with Mimosas once during stay (reservations must be made in advance with concierge)
• Late check-out for the couple (based on availability and upon request)
• Free Anniversary Nights (stay a minimum of 5 paid nights over first anniversary date and receive 2 additional nights free or stay 4 paid nights over first anniversary date and receive 1 additional night free)

​*This package is COMPLIMENTARY when booking at least 7 nights in a Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View room or higher room category or if at least 5 rooms are booked in any room category for a minimum of 3 nights.

IN-RESORT SERVICE

• Service of judge or minister*
• Semi-private rehearsal dinner for ten max
• Wedding organization and personal touch of on-site wedding coordinator
• Preparation and ironing of the couple’s wedding day attire
• Complimentary room for one member of the wedding couple the night before the wedding (based on availability)
• Hairstyling and make-up application for one member of the wedding couple for day of ceremony
• Bouquet(s) and/or boutonniere(s) for wedding couple
• Two boutonnieres and two corsages for wedding party
• Sound system with 1 speaker and 1 microphone**
• Ceremony décor- 20 chairs with white covers, ceremonial table, and aisle runner)
• Wedding cake and sparkling wine (up to 20 guests)
• Private cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres (Gold menu, up to 20 guests)
• Private dinner reception (Gold menu, up to 20 guests)
• One natural floral centerpiece for the sweetheart table
• One natural floral centerpiece for ceremonial table
• Live music (1 set, during cocktail hour)
• Special turn-down service night of the wedding
• 15% off all spa treatments (spa boutique purchases not included)
• Newlywed Package (Welcome letter, Fresh fruit, Bottle of sparkling wine, Breakfast in bed with Mimosas (Reservations must be made in advance with concierge)
• Late check-out for the couple (based on availability and upon request)
• 50 full color printed photos taken during the ceremony and wedding album
• Edited video of ceremony
• Choice of one couple’s spa treatment (options to be provided by the resort)
• Free Anniversary Nights (stay a minimum of five paid nights over first anniversary date and receive two additional nights free or stay four paid nights over first anniversary date and receive one additional night free)

Additional Legal Fees:

• Judge or Minister for Wedding- $300 USD
• Judge or Minister for Vow Renewal- $150 USD
• Apostille- $300 USD

IMPORTANT: Please be advised that this package does not include the services of a judge or minister. For legal ceremonies, the surcharge for a judge and other legal fees will apply. For religious or symbolic ceremonies conducted by a minister, an additional cost will also apply. These additional costs vary by resort and will be confirmed by the wedding coordinator at the time of booking.

For wedding guests not resident at the hotel, restrictions may apply regarding attendance - please contact the wedding team for more information.

Restrictions/exclusions: All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance of the wedding date. Subject to availability and double occupancy only. Rates and package subject to change without notice. This package cannot be combined with the Dreams Eternity Honeymoon Package for both to be received complimentary and the complimentary wedding package cannot be deducted when purchasing other packages.

15% discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.

The complimentary wedding package may not be available during all dates and times at the discretion of the resort.
