Our Celebration Package includes: 

UK Wedding Planning Services:

• Expert advice and support from our Wedding Dream Team here in the UK 
• Confirmation of the date and time of your wedding.
• Full selection of planning brochures and decor options provided to help you design your perfect wedding*
• Detailed Wedding Confirmation Pack outlining the legal process and important information related to getting married abroad. 
• Complimentary checking of your legal documentation before you travel.

A Professional Portugal Wedding Coordinator:

• Contact with your personal wedding coordinator who will assist with all of the finer details.
• A pre­-wedding meeting with your wedding coordinator shortly after your arrival
• Personal assistance at the town hall to arrange the marriage license.
• Attendance of your personal wedding coordinator on your wedding day

Vineyard Services Included:

• Garden set-up (hexagonal arch, white chiavari chairs, flower arrangement on the ceremony table and white aisle runner) for the ceremony
• Reception with exclusivity at the rustic venue in the garden with the panoramic seaview and the vineyard (round tables with white tablecloth, white chiavari chairs)
• Reception set 3 course menu (choice of different menus available)
• Open-bar for 4 hours

Wedding Services Included:

• Beautiful bridal bouquet
• Complimentary buttonhole for the Groom
• Professional photographer for 5 running hours and digital delivery 
• Bespoke 2- tiers wedding cake and sparkling wine (1 flute per person)
• DJ ́for up to 5 hours 

Legal Fees Included (no additional fees payable in resort)

• Official ceremony at the vineyard
• International Marriage certificate
• Registry Office legal fees
• Translation and certification of the documents for the marriage process

(price is valid for Sunday – Friday wedding, for Saturday wedding there will be required to spend an extra £3,500 on foods and beverages)

Extra guests:
For parties up to 100 people - extra adults £165 on set menu, children (4-11) £85
For partied over 100 people - extra adults £188 on set menu or £184 on BBQ, children (4-11) £110
*extra guests prices are subject to change and will be reconfirmed 3 months prior to the wedding

* Prices are confirmed up to the end of 2025, please allow for an increase for weddings in 2026.
