How to calculate the cost of your Wedding Abroad

1. Choose your Destination

One of the most important factors for your wedding abroad is of course the location! Are you looking for a sand between the toes beach wedding, tying the knot in a lavish castle or with spectacular views over the sparkling sea? There are so many incredible destinations to choose from, it can often be a difficult decision! 
Two of the main deciding factors are the cost and guest list, it’s important to choose a destination that your friends and family can afford to travel to and a hotel that is within everyone’s budget.

For a more budget friendly option, we would recommend looking at Greece or Cyprus with wedding packages starting from just £2,999 for 20 people.

Marry at the Kefalos Beach in Cyprus for just £3,764. Price includes Standard Celebration Package for 20 people at £2,999 and travel arrangements (package holiday) for 7 nights for 2 adults on a Bed & Breakfast basis for just £765. 

Alternatively, if you are looking for more of a luxury option in Europe then we would recommend looking at destinations such as Italy, Santorini, Malta and Portugal. Package prices in Italy start from £8,299 for 20 people. Alternatively, you may decide to go further afield to Mexico or the Caribbean. These destinations often offer free wedding packages and can offer very competitive prices depending on the time of year you go!

2. Choose your Wedding Package

Choose from one of our Sweet and Simple Wedding Packages, which start from £999, or our All-Inclusive Celebration Packages. Our ‘no frill’s Sweet & Simple packages are perfect if you are looking to have a small intimate wedding or perhaps eloping just the two of you. These are for the wedding ceremony only and include all the essentials such as flowers and photography.

Our most popular packages are our All-Inclusive Celebration Packages which include your wedding ceremony, legal fees, full wedding reception with food, drinks and entertainment plus all those little extras to make your day perfect.  Our Celebration Packages start from £2,999 for 20 people.

Our Celebration Packages are perfect if you have a larger group and much more reasonable than marrying in the UK! Marry at the Sheraton Rhodes in Greece with our Luxury Celebration Package from £11,259 for 50 people. Travel arrangements from just £1,501 for 7 nights for 2 adults on a Half Board basis. Alternatively, choose to marry at the beautiful Limestone Heritage in Malta with a Standard Celebration Package from £10,599 for 50 people. Stay at the Seabank Hotel from £1,391 for 2 adults on an All-Inclusive basis.

3. Set out your Holiday budget

With a wedding abroad not only do you need to think about the wedding costs but also your holiday budget too! Dependent on your destination this can hugely differ, for example if you are looking to get hitched in Bora Bora and stay in an overwater bungalow then you will need to allow for a larger budget. 5. Decide what Wedding Extras are important to you

Deciding on your budget for your wedding extras is very important as these items can often add up and come with unexpected costs. There are so many things to choose from including amazing décor, entertainment, lighting, fireworks and more! As wedding specialists, we will guide you through the whole planning process and provide prices for any extras you wish to add on.  

6. Start Planning

Now you have taken all of these factors into consideration, let’s start planning your perfect wedding abroad! From the moment you enquire, you will receive your own personal Wedding Specialist. Our team has a wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience to help assist you with choosing your perfect location. 

Make your planning as stress free as possible and ask your Specialist to set up a direct debit scheme for you. This means you can pay each month towards your wedding rather than having to pay one lump sum when your balance is due. 

Once you have booked your wedding, you will be in regular contact with our Wedding Dream Team who will be there to guide you through your planning journey. 

You will also receive your own dedicated in-resort Wedding Coordinator who will be in touch with you in the final few months before your wedding. Once you arrive in-resort, you will have a pre-wedding meeting and most importantly your coordinator will be there throughout your wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly and you have the most magical day!
