All package holidays we sell are protected under the Package Travel Regulations. This means your money is safeguarded and your holiday is legally protected if a supplier fails.
Many of the flight-inclusive holidays on our site are also protected by ATOL, which offers government-backed financial security if your tour operator goes out of business - covering refunds and repatriation. But bear in mind: flights, hotels, or other services purchased separately may not be covered, so please ask us to confirm exactly what protection is provided for your booking. If you receive an ATOL Certificate, be sure that all elements of your trip are listed on it - unlisted items will not be covered under the scheme.
